What are some Rehab Options from Our Outpatient Rehab in Fort Lauderale?
the Beachcomber offers a variety of rehab options that can meet your Needs for Recovery.
Here are some common rehab options at the Beachcomber:
The Beachcomber’s Partial Hospitalization Program (Now called: HIOP-High Intensity Outpatient Program) Fort Lauderdale, or PHP/HIOP, is designed for those individuals who need very intensive therapy but must remain plugged into their home life or job. Individuals in the program receive a minimum of 6 hours of treatment per day, Monday through Saturday. Individuals either live at home or at our recommended Patrial Hospitalization Program Florida housing. This program is particularly suited for:
Our PHP/HIOP program does not compromise on the level and intensity of the treatment provided. We believe that most individuals who remain plugged into their environment are better helped by working with their therapist as issues arise, instead of waiting a month until they are out of treatment. In the Partial Hospitalization program (Now called: HIOP-High Intensity Outpatient Program) at Boynton beach, the following groups are available, dependent on the needs of each individual:
PHP/HIOP therapy in Florida is a useful and efficient substitute for inpatient care. It may also be a good choice for someone making the switch from inpatient to outpatient treatment. With the exception of the overnight stay, PHP/HIOP gives patients access to all the same resources as an inpatient treatment program for recovery treatment. Our clients come home at night after participating in six days a week of scheduled treatment sessions.
Compared to the round-the-clock care that inpatient treatment programs demand, PHP/HIOP treatment is a little step-down. Whether they are receiving treatment for a mental health problem, substance use disorder, or dual diagnosis, patients receive similar care and, at the end of the day, can go back to their cozy homes. Programs for Partial Hospitalization are a viable choice for those with behavioral disorders who don’t require round-the-clock supervision. Furthermore, people in Florida who receive PHP/HIOP treatment can leave the program more smoothly. At some time, anyone enrolled in a treatment facility for addiction will have to return home, and PHP/HIOP facilitates a more seamless transition.
A minimum of 5 hours of treatment a day, for 28 days. Designed to stabilize a client, providing a maximum amount of treatment in a short period of time under structured conditions.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) (Now High Intensity Outpatient Program) allows clients to get intense therapy up to six days a week over a four week period while living at home or staying at a sober facility.
Designed for clients living at home or in sober housing, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes 10+ hours of treatment a week, in addition to group and individual therapy.
Trauma Therapy aims to eliminate negative emotional or behavioral influences triggered by remembered, repressed, or even forgotten traumatic events.
Our Integrated Recovery group meets once a week, separated by gender, to discuss the many different behavioral addictions which are often prevalent with substance abuse, i.e. eating disorders, sex, gambling, work, money, etc.
One of our specialty groups that we offer at The Beachcomber is the LGBT group. This group meets once per week and is led by an LGBT therapist who is also in recovery. Clients are also encouraged to meet with this therapist once per week to work on LGBT-related issues.
This group helps clients identify the feelings surrounding their upbringing, which provides the clarity needed to look forward in life and experience a successful recovery.
A group created for those struggling with the effects of addiction alongside the challenges of aging. Clients are provided a safe environment to work through their sensitive issues that can significantly impact their recovery.
Outpatient Therapy is designed to help clients maintain their sobriety while they are integrating further into their outside programs of recovery and 12-step fellowships.
Continuum of Care can often be the client’s best chance for their long term recovery goals. Not every individual after completing an inpatient program is ready to go back into regular life.
