Our Fort Lauderdale Family Day is one of the most meaningful events we host at Beachcomber. Family involvement is a proven cornerstone of lasting addiction recovery. Whether you are a parent, partner, or sibling, your presence at our Fort Lauderdale Family Day makes a real difference in your loved one’s recovery journey. The Family Program in Fort Lauderdale focuses on understanding the impact of alcoholism and drug abuse on the individual and their family, learning the effects of healthy communication, and an introduction to 12-step philosophy. Families will be educated on enabling, relapse prevention, and the physical, mental, and spiritual effects of addiction on the entire family system. Existing PHP/HIOP and IOP clients, feel free to join us with your loved ones on: Saturday, August 13th, 2022 from 1-4 p.m. and Thursday, August 25th, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. for our Fort Lauderdale Family days!
